Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting FaithHub. This policy explains how refunds work for supporter gifts made through the site.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund of a supporter gift within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. After 14 days, gifts are generally non-refundable, but we may still consider refund requests case-by-case if something went clearly wrong (e.g. a duplicate charge or an accidental purchase).
How to request a refund
Email support@faithhub.app from the address on your account and include the date and amount of the gift. We'll process approved refunds back to your original payment method within a few business days.
What happens to supporter perks after a refund
When a refund is approved, the supporter badge and premium AI limits associated with that gift are removed automatically. If you've made multiple gifts, your perks remain active as long as at least one non-refunded gift is on record.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, receipts, and refund payouts on our behalf. You can also contact Paddle directly with any billing question.
